This concert series takes place outdoors in an open-sided barn with unrestricted airflow, situated on a breezy hilltop with panoramic views. Capacity is limited to 100 people and we have two different socially distant seating options:
There are 15 long benches in the barn, with ample space (at least six feet) between the rows and aisles. Each bench seats up-to five people who are in the same socially acclimated "pod" or "bubble" (i.e. family members or friends who have connected during isolation). Each bench is sold as a single ticket, leaving the group size up to the discretion of the ticket holder. We strongly encourage you to reserve a bench in advance. Upon arrival, bench assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.
NOTE: If you purchase a ticket in advance but have health concerns or symptoms that arise prior to the show, we will happily issue a full refund. Please do not come to a concert if you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms.
The patio offers a plethora of outdoor seating options for groups and individuals. Visitors are also encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs so that they can enjoy the expansive fields that surround the barn. Patio/lawn tickets are sold individually and can only be purchased at the door. Children ages 5 and up will need a ticket. Since capacity is strictly limited, we encourage you to check our Facebook page before heading to the farm as we will post frequent updates about ticket availability.
New England weather is fickle. Please bring your umbrella in case of gentle showers as we will not be able to offer shelter in the barn.
No Events
We care about the health of our community, our artists, and our team. When purchasing a ticket to our events, you and all members of your party agree to adhere to the following policies which help us minimize community spread while continuing to bring great music to the Pioneer Valley.
While visiting Valley View Farm, a face covering (mask, bandana, etc.) is to be worn at all times except when eating and drinking. Per state regulation, we require that all children over the age of two do so as well. If you do not have a face covering, you may purchase a mask on site for $10 each (proceeds will be donated to Doctors without Borders). If you or members of your party do not wear a face covering, you will be asked to leave.
Please practice social distancing. Stay a horse apart:
We love to dance but right now, according to the Governor’s Phase Three Guidelines, we need to wait a while longer before we can do that together again. Please, remain seated during the performance. Do not approach the performers before, during, or after the show.
When you arrive at the ticketing counter, please sanitize your hands. We will then record the names and phone numbers of everyone in your party for our contact tracing. You and everyone in your party will be asked to confirm that you have not had Covid related symptoms including cough, or fever in the 48 hours prior to arrival.
Hand sanitizer will be available at several locations throughout the property. Please avail yourself of this resource frequently. Please wash your hands thoroughly (lather for at least 20 seconds) when using the restroom.
Please exercise caution and common sense. If you feel ill, exhibit symptoms, or have had contact with a COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days, please stay home and seek appropriate care. We have plenty of great virtual programming coming up so you won’t be missing out if you stay home.
Here are some of the protocols that we have put in place to protect our staff, crew, audience, and artists at Valley View Farm:
